Description

The Stalk Victims Information Service is a not-for-profit educational website created by HRCA.

Mission

Promoting the empowerment of women targetted by stalkers, whose crimes are facilitated by patriachial laws crafted by misogynists who seek to make women dependant on men or the state for their protection. Free women have a right to own, carry and use the practical means of defending themselves and dependents under their care.

Philosophy

If we want to live in freedom we must protect the right of others to do so, in keeping with the principle of 'equal liberty' that underpins modernity. Our freedom is anchored in accepting responsibility for others, as we can have no moral claim to liberty if we neglect the liberties of our fellow human beings. United we stand, divided we fall.

Dedication

This service is dedicated to the memory of Catherine "Kitty" Genovese (1935-1964).
